About Meg Lambke

Meg Lambke is the owner of Meg Lambke Nutrition Solutions, a nutrition practice located in Ashburn, Virginia.  Her practice offers confidential functional nutrition counseling, testing, and analyses, as well as, patient advocacy services.  Meg is a Licensed Dietician Nutritionist (LDN) and a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) professional. 

Meg received her Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Biology from Colgate University.  She later earned her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She was a collegiate swimmer and triathlete. Meg has completed more than a dozen marathons including the Boston Marathon and Baltimore Marathon, where she won the masters division. 

As a functional nutritionist, Meg considers the whole person when counseling a client.  She takes into account daily food intake, exercise habits, sleep hygiene, and stress levels.  Meg seeks to identify the underlying cause(s) of the client’s concerns.  She addresses nutrient imbalances and deficiencies, digestive tract health, genetic factors, food intolerances and preferences when prescribing personalized eating plans to heal the body.

Meg believes in healthy living that includes physical activity, emotional support, and a nutritious diet as the best way to ensure optimal health and overall well-being.  As a clinician, her goal is to help clients discover the most beneficial diet and lifestyle habits based on their own personal circumstances.
